How do I import bills from another app?

On first launch, choose "Moving from another bill app?". You can also go to Settings › Import. There are three ways:

CSV file: export from your old app (usually in its Settings), save it to Files, then pick it in Duvio. Paste a list: copy one bill per line, like "Rent 1450 1st". From screenshots: take screenshots of your old app's bill list and pick them from Photos.

Duvio shows a preview before anything is added. Rows marked "Check how this repeats" need a quick look. You can also start from our CSV template.

My reminders aren't arriving

Open iPhone Settings › Notifications › Duvio and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Check that a Focus mode isn't silencing Duvio, and that Scheduled Summary isn't holding its notifications back.

In Duvio, open the bill and check Remind me has a time set. If you changed the date or time on your iPhone, open Duvio once so it can reschedule.

iCloud sync isn't working

iCloud sync is part of Duvio Pro. On each device, make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account, iCloud Drive is on, and Duvio is allowed under Settings › [your name] › iCloud. Changes can take a minute to appear. Keep Duvio open on both devices while it catches up.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Go to Settings › Duvio Pro › Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought Pro with. Pro is a one-time purchase, so it restores on any iPhone or iPad using that account at no extra cost.

What happens with time zones and travel?

Due dates are calendar dates, so a bill due on Oct 12 stays due on Oct 12 wherever you are. Reminders fire at your chosen time in your iPhone's current time zone.
